SOURCE: how do i change the indicator on a sachs madass??
I also had a madass50 and the indicator broke off (spring loaded sidestand is a curse sometimes). If its just the bulb your changing then look for a single small screw at rear tip of indicator, this allows the lens to be removed for access to bulb. If however you need to remove the whole indicator then try to disconnect the indicator wires behind headlamps as they will need to twist and then hold indicator firmly by stem and unscrew whole thing anticlockwise. It will usually be tight from the threadlock. The nut it screws into is tight fit in handlebars and should stay in place, if it doesnt a small bit of superglue makes reassembly a lot easier
