If it's happening as soon as you press start then you need a controller and a walking belt. If it's doing it after a few minutes of use then you need to replace your walking belt.
Unfortunately there's nothing you can really do other than replace the entire console. Proform does not sell individual pieces of the console and they aren't made very well so there's no real repair option other than replacing it.
