Why can't I download games from may android
Most tablets require a wi-fi connection to download games and browse the internet. Make sure your tablet is signed into a wi-fi network.If it definitely is connected to wi-fi, or you don't know how to do that, you may want to give more details in your question, such as what model of tablet you're using and what version of Android it's running.

How do u fix ur Playstation from being muted code 3.
The issue is that you have updated the firmware and Sony has implemented Cinavia Protection that causes the unit to auto-mute. I found a URL that explains a temporary work-around but I would either try to go back to a previous build(primarily one that did NOT give you this issue) or wait for Sony to release a fix for this Cinavia Protection program. I am sure there are game hackers that will come up with a plug-in or a fix for it but would be best to wait for Sony stamped fix before I would do anything.

How do I do codes and what codes
Coding is a written language that the computer understands. Computers recognize 1's and 0's, so computer languages were created to help program computers to recognize what we want them to do. Some codes are written in different languages such as COBAL, FORTRAN, BASIC, C, C+, C++ are just a few.
If you look at your internet page under "View" and click on source you will find an example of coding. As to what codes, I don't understand the question, but I would define what your trying to learn based on your needs and then talk with the geeks in your area.

Hey there, this is a common error on fifa 11 when trying to run the game from a laptop or even a desktop that doesn't have a graphics card that supports "
shader model 3" or better. Your graphics card just doesn't have the requirements to play the game. You can try to update you graphic's card drivers and see if that works and even get the newest version of Direct X and try again, see if that does the trick! good luck!

I cant open movie
If your are talking about a xbox 360 console and you can't play a movie, sometimes its because the movie isn't in one of the supported video formats or is copyright protected. Here are some of the movie formats the 360 will support:
.m4v
.mp4v
.mov
.avi (newer .avi files)
.DivX
.wmv
You may want to get movies in these formats, or get a converter to convert the format into one of these that will play on your 360, hope this helps!
