I have key and know combination but it won't open s3807 ????what to do
- Double-check the combination: Make sure you're entering the exact numbers, in the correct order, and with the proper turning direction (especially for dial-style locks): Turn right past the first number twice, then stop on it. Turn left past the second once, then stop on it. Turn right directly to the third number and stop.
- Test the key: Ensure the key is fully inserted and turned gently but firmly. It turns but doesn't open: Try wiggling the key slightly as you turn. Remove and reinsert the key and try again. if the key doesn't turn at all, it may be: The wrong key. A jammed lock or debris inside. A damaged key or lock mechanism.
- Lubricate the lock: use a graphite-based lubricant or WD-40 to free up the mechanism. Spray a small amount into the keyhole and/or combination dial area.

I don't see anything in the specs that says it displays the date? To reset any safe, you open it an behind a small door is a red button. you press and hold it until it beeps and then put in the combination twice.

Brinks 5059 Safe. Lost combination.
Old Question!Question edited for clarity and correct all the spelling mistakes.You can get the original combination and spare keys but if the combinations has been 'moved' (changed), then only a safe-smith can open it by realigning the lock insides so you can re-use the key. Then he can replace the lock with a new pair of keys and reset the dial combination to one you can remember.
