GTA home web page clearly states the games minimum requirements. did you read that first?
the controller maker tells you what OS it supports W7 32 bit or 64 bit, and drivers to match that.
if you still have problems , join the real GTA forum (theirs) and ask there for help for sure,
nothing will be better that.
good luck gaming... also upgrade the GTA4 game, (not GTA5 but just the most current version of GTA4

I can not find any ETON support at all, now. so I guess they ended it.
it looks like sony PS controller, why not just use SONY?
xbox360 controller, because IV fully supports only that.
