Turn on and it hums, rollers don't move
It's jammed. UNPLUG IT. Take the top off and turn it upside down and pick the scraps out of the corrers. Put it back on and try running it, in BOTH directions. If there is a staple or paper clip in it, it will take more than one try to clear it.

Flashing orange lights and it's saying F-05
"F-05" with flashing orange lights is used by many different appliances, so I need the brand and model to identify the fault correctly.
