Error code S35-2079-2 on a Riso 7050 usually indicates a paper feed issue or a problem with the paper sensor. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this error:
Check for Paper Jams: Open the paper feed area and look for any paper jams or misfeeds. Remove any jammed paper carefully to avoid damaging the machine.
Inspect Paper Tray: Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly in the paper tray. Check that the paper is not curled, wrinkled, or stuck together.
Clean Paper Sensors: Dust and debris can interfere with the paper sensors. Use a soft cloth or brush to clean the sensors and the paper path.
Reset the Machine: Turn off the Riso 7050, unplug it from the power source, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes clear the error.
Check Paper Size and Type: Make sure the paper size and type settings in the machine match the paper loaded in the tray. Incorrect settings can cause feed issues.
Inspect Rollers and Feed Mechanism: Check the rollers and feed mechanism for wear or damage. Clean the rollers with a lint-free cloth and ensure they can move freely.
Refer to the Manual: Consult the user manual for any specific instructions or troubleshooting steps related to error code S35-2079-2.

They usually wrap around the rollers. It is better to turn the machine until it heats up as this softens the laminate plastic and makes removal easier. This was written for a larger desk model by the same applies. When I did mine I had to remove the top layers of laminate with a chef's boning knife.
There are two screws on the bottom which are visible. Leave them alone. The four screws that hold the bottom on are UNDER the rubber feet. Gently lift one edge of the rubber feet and then carefully peel them off. You will need a long thin Phillips screw driver to remove the four screws, UNPLUG the unit before opening it.
In most cases the plastic will be wrapped around the orange/red heated ceramic roller. This roller cannot be turned unless you push the "Release" lever. Using a tweezers, try to grasp a corner of the end of the rolled up plastic. Pull firmly and steadily on the corner until you have enough free to grasp with a needle nose pliers or a forceps, Then work your way across the entire end of the plastic sheet until its free. Finally, reposition the pliers or forceps toward the middle of the freed end and firmly pull to unroll completely.
Remember, you must be pushing on the "Release" while doing this or the roller will not turn. When you start, you may have to move the roller to get it to a position where you can try to grab an end corner of the plastic sheet. You should be able to do this if you a pushing on the Release lever.
Finally, if you have left the rolled up plastic sheets on the roller so long the are fused into one mass, my directions my not work. In that case, try slitting the entire length of the rolled up plastic with something like an xacto knife, BUT DON'T CUT THE RUBBER ROLLER. That's tricky, but at this point you have nothing to lose.
Took me 20 minutes to figure out how to open the unit. Ten minutes to take out the wrapped up plastic sheets.

Let's start by setting up the binary columns.
2^0 = 1
2^1 = 2
2^2 = 4
2^3 = 8
2^4 = 16
2^5 = 32
2^6 = 64
2^7 = 128
Written horizontally.
128 64 32 16 8 4 2 1
1 1 1 1 1 1 1
What is the biggest number that goes into 127. 64. Put 1 in the 64s column. 127 - 64 = 63.
What is the biggest number that goes into 63. 32. Put 1 in the 32s column. 63 - 32 = 31.
What is the biggest number that goes into 31. 16. Put 1 in the 16s column. 32 - 16 = 15.
What is the biggest number that goes into 15. 8. Put 1 in the 8s column. 15 - 8 = 7.
What is the biggest number that goes into 7. 4. Put 1 in the 4s column. 7 - 4 = 3.
What is the biggest number that goes into 3. 2. Put 1 in the 2s column. 3 - 2 = 1.
Put a 1 in the 1s column.
So we have 1111111 in binary.
Good luck.
