It's mapped automatically by your ISP, the real question is what are you trying to accomplish?
- Are you looking to trying to run some type of service, host a web server, ftp etc?
- Are you trying to enable a remote connection to a PC/server behind a nat router?
- Are you wanting to configure a dynamic IP? (This maps a host name ex: myhomeserve.somedomain.com to your non static ip assigned by your ISP)
