We are using cisco 2501 router.we have conncted the router to two
remote locations.when i am ping from client to remote location server
it is showing reply time is 109ms,147ms,87ms,6ms,7ms like that.What is
the problem.Kindly give me suggestion to rectify the problem.Which is
the correct reply time.

The 3ms to 10ms is where the reply times should be.
On your original question you stated 147ms - 87ms, but with a drop to 6ms-7ms (which is where it should be)
So it sounds like your connection is just re-establishing at start up.
How long do you have the keep alive set for?
How long had the connection been inactive before you pinged it the first time?
What are you using for authentication? 3DES? or something less?
Was the person that programmed your Cisco's certified? (in other words, did he know what he was doing?)
And are you having any connection problems while it is running?

Other ends also we have cisco 2501 router.We have single leased line to each location.
Also you said you have a Cisco router at the main location, what is on the other end?
And the way your question reads, it says "we've connected the router to 2 remote locations".
So there are 3 locations all told?
That's whay I asked how is your connection going to each?
2 mbps?
a T-1 is 1.5mbps, it's also called a point to point if it is a solo leased line.
And as asked. what kind of traffic is currently going over the line?
And is it a single leased line to each of the locations? or it is a shared line that goes to both sites?
That's not a bad reply time.
Since communication is vase on signal transfer, what are you using as a connection? DSL? T1? ISDN? OC44? Etc.
Depending on the connection type will help figure out an answer.
And are the connections to both the same?
What kind of traffic is currently passing over the connections? and so on.
All of these parts come into play to determine communication stats
