Select your operating system and download and run the network diagnostic utility and click on advanced tools on it, it will show you an option of retrieve wep key, click on that and get your wep key, you can also contact your network service provider to find this.
You can also find the wep key on the back of the router , where the model # is written.

WPA is the network password. Contact the network administrator to get the network password.
This is same password that you use to access your network.

There's a software from HP that you can use to retrieve your own WEP that you can find here www.hp.com/go/tools. If you are still having issues even with the correct wep, you need to reset the printer's memory as it tends to remember the old settings you input. Reset the printer using the steps here How to Reset the HP PhotoSmart C4400 through the Secret Combo Keys. Try to connect back to network after the reset is done.
