If you are tired to find out the software and drivers of " Dany Tv tuner card" or "Philips tuner card" Model number "SAA7130+SAA713x"
then simply go to www.danytech.com -> click on "Support" ->Scroll down page -> then click on cd near to Tv tuner card ....
Thats it...Now you re going to download Software, Drivers, and manual of the device....

Phillips SAA7130HL TV Tuner VISTA 64 BIT DRIVERS
well i had the same prob, so i downloaded drivermax, which I think is free.
drivermax scanned my computer and found all the drivers I needed including the vista philps tv tuner driver.

another way is to download iobit advanced system care which is an excellent free program and click the utilities button and then click drivers update. This should give you the philips driver as well.

hope this helps

it certainly worked for me

anyway you should be able to use the 32bit xp driver.
