Overheating kettle We have had a Bravetti Kettle which we purchased from Canadian Tire about 10 months ago. The kettle worked find until about 2 months ago. We boiled the kettle and after a while the kettle would start again on its own. Yes, I pushed the right button; the bottom one. I would walk back into the kitchen after a while and the kettle would have started boiling again. Once, I walked into the kitchen and there was a funny smell. The bottom of the kettle and the base were both burned. I would appreciate an explanation as to what happened to the kettle that would allow it to turn itself on and burn the kettle.
