The Tom Tom Homepage not reachable. Possible you use WiFi. Run same action, but use the cable connection. Restart Tom Tom and Computer. You will see that even the download is faster.

Hi, are you sure that the date and hour are correct in your tomtom?
Because you posted on april 2017 and at the last line of your error message the date is sep 2011.....
I propose you check this first otherwise it's probably a tomtom server issue.
