Error code I HAVE ERROR CODE IN IRC3170I IT IS E000020-0191

Basicly you have a problem with the turret. I was reading that you may have to change CL7 (FH6-5005-020). It is not a pretty job, like everthing on that modle. Also, try to vaccum out the turret of all loose toner and remove the dev. units and make sure every thing is moving smoothly. Also, clean the ATR sensor. I would also clear the code in service mode first, then clean the inside of the copier, with it unpluged as to not cause more problems. Good Luck
