SOURCE: what video card is compatible with intel p4vmm2 motherboard HELP
If you want a reliable one, pick FOXCONN... all of the biggie use them for a reason...they work.
now there are hundreds of mb out there- and you can spend from $30-$400...are you going to continue using the processor you have? If so that is a consideration in selecting a board...if you buy a middle of the road board the onboard video would be equal to, if not better than that ATI card. SO work around you processor and not the video card... my thinking is processor first as big as you can affort, second the most amout of memory (ram) you can afford that fits your new MB, then the cost of the MB
Now having said that...make certain whatever you purchase that it will all be compatible with the operating system you will use and that drivers are available for your system and XP or Vista...

You dont need any driver since your PC is configured as x64 bit processor so all you got to do is get hold of the XP OS which is meant for x64 compatible PC's. The one normally used is 32 bit named as x86. I hope u wont face any difficulty in getting hold of x64 based OS(XP)......sodeep
