My problem is this that www.facebookam.com is not working in my laptop i am using windows 7 in my laptop tthe error is its keep saying *click allow button to install xvid codec * when i click on this and install the codec in my laptop but its keep saying evrytime when i clik on shuffle .i have adobe flash player 10 in my laptop . so kindly tell me any solution to use that site

1. If you have internet explorer 6, download and internet internet explorer 7.
2. Click on internet options and click on delete cookies,files,add-ons etc..
3. Click on advanced tab then click on reset and close internet explorer, then open and try.
4. If you have Internet explorer 7, follow step 2 and 3.
5. If still doesnt, try installing Google chrome browser.

- close all programs
- use internet explorer to open http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ - download and install flash player.
- run quick book 05 installation again
