I al ready reset the error code . changed the tharmistar and also restled web rular but same eroor code problems e000001-001 and e000001-0010 model 5070 please solove the problem

I think your thyrmistor moving away from the heater roller
check its posetion before you clear the error , sometimes you may find the fuser roller get a curved shape and need to be replaced

check your electrical line. are u get proper voltage in u r machine. if come proper and then check u r heater lamps i think so it may fused. if lamp fused u change this then go clear error u r problem is solved
