the blur can be caused by a dirty LASER UNIT remove all the cartridge clean properly the two laser unit.

ITU is missing or defective. Try reinstalling the ITU. If this doesn't work you'll have to replace it. The ITU is the black "belt" at the bottom of the printer.
Replacing the fuser
When 80 Fuser life warning appears on the operator panel, replace the fuser soon. Make sure one is on order. See

When 80 Replace Fuser appears on the operator panel, replace the fuser immediately.
if you just run blank sheet through the printer using the printer feed button it should remove any ink on a roller. which probably got there from printing off a picture.
This error generally points to a defective fuser assembly.
If a new fuser has recently been installed, it could be the incorrect
voltage for the printer. In addition, the line voltage into
the printing environment could be sufficiently out of range or
experiencing enough fluctuation to cause this error message to appear.
Finally, the printer itself could be the incorrect voltage for its
geographical location. Please go through the checklist below to
determine the likely cause of the error and attempt a resolution for
the issue.
If the three-prong socket is white, the machine is 220V.
If the three-prong socket is black, the machine is 115V.
NOTE: Generally speaking, North America uses 115V to 120V while Europe uses 220V to 230V.
There are always exceptions for different areas, however, so try to
verify that your printer's voltage corresponds to its geographical
location.
If practical, have building maintenance check for proper line voltage.
Check the fuser voltage by opening the fuser door on the lower right side of the machine. Look for the voltage details on the side of the fuser above the bar code.
If the voltage checks for steps 2, 3, and 4 are consistent, go on to step 6. NOTE: If there is a difference between the voltage indicated on the printer and the voltage indicated on the fuser, or if the printer's voltage is incorrect for its geographic location, contact Lexmark Technical Support.
Re-seat the fuser to ensure that it is correctly and securely installed in the printer.
If the voltage indicators are as expected and the fuser is
installed correctly, plug the printer into another outlet (if
practical) and power the printer back on to see if the error clears.
They mean the respective printheads have lost the HSynch. The first thing the we do (and have had great success with) is to clean the laser lenses. Then check the head wiring. The following codes apply:
106 & 110 CYAN
107 & 111 MAGENTA
108 & 112 YELLOW
109 & 113 BLACK
