Error code 39 causes due to missing driver, hardware problem or wundows registry. It mostly appears in DeviceManager. Just rerstart you PC it will be fixed if not then reinstall the driver of particular hardware which you have added or installed from device manager.
You need to have a systenm utility software like RegInOut to fix windows registry files and different drvers and operating systems errors.
