Program 3 years ago I bought a house with the Simon 3 in place last month the battery dyed unpluged it cause it kept saying "battery low" and would not let me sleep. A week later I replaced the battery, it now askes me to disarm it I did not get codes or instructions from previous owner it was a foreclosure deal. What do I do Rocco

I have a very similar problem. I posted a new problem with the title

"New home, existing alarm system, no information as to what the current access code is."

I didn't see your post before I posted mine. It sounds like a single solution would work for both of our situations.

Any other default Access codes to try and/or other methods to reset the system to a factory default. I noticed that there are some jumper pins as well as what appears to be some other connection interface (10 pin header I believe.) Is there some way to utilize the jumper pins to reset the system?
