Sounds like a problem to me...in the mechanics of the thing..I'd take it back

This machine should still be under warranty, contact the store where you bought it to find out how to get it either replaced or fixed. Any attempts to fix this by anyone other than a certified repair person will void your warranty. Hope this helps you. Good luck!
