Virtual memory Was just informed that my "virtual memory" is low. Am using XP on a Dell Dimension 3000 computer. Help.

Increase the virtual memory by right click my computer> properties > advanced > under performance click on settings > click on advanced again > under virtual memory click on change >under custom size >put initial size to 2000 to 3000 and than hit set and than okie and restart the system and the virtual memory is increased

Hi,
The problem can be caused, when a program running in the background fails to load completely. This can be either the program is missing some files or there is virus on the system. The first step is to try restarting the computer to free up space on the memory. If the problem is still there follow the following instructions,given on the link below
