Getting this error code and instructions to switch main power off and on, but that doesn't fix anything. Any suggestions? Copier won't do anything.
This may be caused by an open fuse, FU201, on the DC Controller. Although the fuse is available (VD7-0623-000) you may choose to send the DC Controller to an Authorized Repair Facility, because it is soldered to the PCB or you may have to just replace the DC Controller. Could also very well be a pinched wire. First thing I would try would be open the back panel with the machine off then reseat all the connectors going into the DC Controller.
