error code

Question

new duet front load started it for the first time and I get F01 error code. I tried to push pause/cancel twice but I can only push it once and all power to unit goes off. Brand new out of the box today 10/31/08

try unplugging it and plug it back in. make sure your water is on,but i think you will get a f/h code if it is water
