i tried to reset my phone because it does not allow for my memory card to be seen. says memory corrupt so i bought a new card inserted it and thus the same occured.i tried master reset but i do not have or can get the lock code from the place were i bought the phone which is one of these phone trade shops.does anyone have any suggestions?my imei is 35703301-132393-8.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions. ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000 Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile. send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code. IF Problem not Solved So Please New Software install in the Phone Problem will Solved

sir please Contact your service provider to get a master reset code at free of cost....You can also visit http://www.unlock-zone.com/ and can see different options there to get unlock code for a price. Choose any price appropriate for you.................
If you contact your cell phone provider they will give you the reset code. Alternatively there are some websites available that will give some more information on how to obtain the code.
But if you paid for the phone there is no reason your provider shouldn't give you the details
