This is an error code related to the ice maker fan. What is happening according to LG is that the defrost heater is staying on too long and is causing moister to build up in the fan assembly preventing the fan from operating normally. They have a fix out that includes a new fan with a drain at the bottom and a new control board. LG should be able to get you the parts for your specific model.
