It means you have had 5 jams in a row in the fusing unit. Open the left side door of the copier (roll the finisher out of the way if you have one). Open the green handle on the top of the fusing unit and carefully remove all of the pages stuck in there. You can use the green wheel at the back to turn the rollers if need be. If you have no jam, then someone already removed it and you just need to reset the code. to reset the code, push P * Clear * on the numeric pad. when it says enter simulation number, enter 14 and push the Start button for black and white copies. The machine will reboot and your code should be gone.
If you keep getting jams, you may have knocked the Fuser exit sensor arm out of place.

The code CD20 means Tray error. The cd mechanism will have to be reset by a serviceman .

The optics assembly is having a problem. Either it can not read the disc at all or the disc is not spinning. In any case, the unit will require service. If you can reach the lens, try cleaning it using a cotton swab and alcohol. That may resolve the problem. If not, update this. Please try to see whether or not the disc spins and report that as well.
Thanks,
Dan

Compra un disco limpiador de lentes laser y puede que esto solucione tu problema ya que puede ser solo suciedad en el lente.

A little rusty on this machine, but try this.
This code means you have had to many paper jams in the fuser without removal. Make sure all is clear in the fuser and exit sections.
Then on the control panel you will press a series of buttons as follows.
Press the Clear, Press interrupt, Press Zero, Press interrupt, Enter # 14, Press start, That should reset the machine...
Hope that helps...
