Its a bb5 version phone which can unlocked only by a unlocking box or code give by your network provider.
if ya have had the phone for a while with the original sim your network might unlock it they might charge you nothing but they might charge you a unlocking fee.
Or just at your local market.
Need the brand and model of phone and then i can tell ya if it can get done free or not.
