processor speed

thanks but tere is still a problem i tried to on the speedstep but when after saving the settings i will again check bois it still showing 600mhz processor and its not working.can you tell me the solution of this kindly.

There is a SpeedStep hot key that you can toggle and a speed step utility if you have not installed it. Dell support has the utility and instructions as well as a manual to explain when the default is active. http://support.dell.com/support/index.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~ck=mn
