I just got my Sansa and each time I power it on, it displays the "Refreshing Data" screen for almost a full minute before I can access the music. Is this normal? If not, does anyone know how to fix it? The player functions beautifully, so this is really more of an annoyance than anything, but I'd like know if there is anything I can do to bypass the "Refreshing Data" that shows up each time. Thanks million! --KelleyA
There is probably a gb card in the side.
And the reason it takes awhile is because its reading the card
just look in the little slot on the right side and if you see anything in there just simply push it down with your nail and put the little car somewhere safe
That is wierd, try formatting the player
