I have an old Sansui tv with the basic ccd remote. The remote quit working so I got another second hand identical one that works on another TV. How can I get this replacement remote coded to work on the Sansui?

I am only get a few channels on my 27" Jensen TV the channnels am get is 5 - 13 any other channels abovce that am not getting need help
