Error-Code 116-330 we have a workcentre M24, my message is 116-330. First step was sending
a job by the internetportal, the job was no prn-file for this maschine,
seems it was a prn-file for an acrobat-file. After sending, all new
print-jobs get canceled in the printer. In a service-call, we got
advise to push the "4" +"energy-safe" + "stop", because of inefficacy,
we got advice to push "3" +"energy-safe" + "stop". The procedur failed,
the machine now totaly fails with error message 116-330. Last advice of the service:
change of Mainboard and Harddisk with cost of about 4.500 ?. This can't be a solution.
