Ancorage- Use Winterized T51-b
Anc and Pitt- Use T51-b
Pitt-Use tribal
Anc and Broken Steel-Use Hellfire.
Hellfire>Wint. T51-b>Tribal>T51-b=Telsa>Enclave=Outcast/Steel.
I have the official game guide on this and Fort Constantine (where you acquired this armor) is the only location with T-51b power armor and helmet. There are two other armors you can get, but none are T-51b type. Maybe because this was picked up in bomb storage, experimental chamber it is only experimental and therefore unavailable anywhere else
