mp3 problem

when i put songs on it it says empty disk but when i put it in the computer it does have s ongs on it

This player only recognizes songs that are either in Mp3 format or WMA's that have an older WMP-9 DRM license (almost non-existent today). I would choose a music service that only gives you songs that are in mp3 format.
