Hello, I have a printer HP Officejet R45. The only colors I receive are BLACK and RED-VIOLET. Cartridges were replaced this morning but the problem is not solved. Cartridges and electric contacts were cleaned. I don't receive all colors. Only black and violet. Do you know the solution ?

Hi ,

As you have already tried replacing the ink cartridge , u can try to reset the printer .

Perform a semi-full reset on the all-in-one by following the steps below

1
Take out the cartridges from the unit .
2
Make sure the unit is connected to the wall jack directly without any surge protector.
3
Unplug the power cord from the back of the unit ( without turning off the unit ) .
4
Now press the # and 6 key together , while holding these keys down plug in the power cord back into the unit .
5
Do not release the keys after a few seconds u will find te hp logo or bars moving across the screen .wait while the unit turns off.
6
after one minute turn on the prnter . it will go into alligment phase > let it finish .
7
after its done > try to make a copy .

8 Allow the all-in-one to re-initialize. This may take a minute or two.

9 If prompts appear in the all-in-one display to set the front panel language and country settings, perform the steps to set this information

Note - you can also try the Ok n cancel key combination in place of # and 6 .in case the first combination does not work .

Thanks

You people are stupid! After the first person detailed the problem, why do you reiterate by saying "me too, me too"? People come here looking for answers, not more of the same. Here's a suggestion. If you don't have a solution, don't say anything!!!
