Hey! I have problem. My mom cant log on her facebook account anymore. Facebook asks her security code. She ordered this in her mobile phone. They sent it even six times. When we tried to entered the code on the box, appeared the error: The security code you entered is incorrect or expired. Please try having the code sent you again. When we tried to sent code again, fb told that : you are trying too often. Please try again later. Can we ever recover her facebook account? What we must do??
I had something similar happen to me. It would appear that you have been hacked. Go online and contact Facebook through a new browser and go to the help area. Contact them. Through a painful process of emailing back and forth they will reestablish your account with a new password.

1. You are talking about the 'Captcha' image showing code!
2. Whenever such code problem occurs, then Refresh / Reload that web page and try to enter such code!
3. You should also check the Caps (Capital Or Small letter) in that code!

I am now able to login to Facebook with my mobile.
I select the HTTP login at the bottom of the screen and then I had to re-enter my login info and I was able to get to my home page.
The only thing I did was on my java settings I selected the media profile...not sure if that was the reason why it wasn't working but it is working now! If you do get on, Book mark your homepage and then you shouldn't have any problems getting back to it in the future! Hope this helps!

As soon as your account creation process is completed, an email has been sent to your email with the security code. This is for verification. I hope that you've received the confirmation email, if so please do check it again. Or else, try using the "Forgot your password" form (click the link to open the "forgot your password" form)

Today we tried and sent new code.... they sent it four times, but we entered it and finally facebook is ok.
