I have made security code for LG S5200 mobile phone and left 4 weeks
but now the security code doesn't work, how can i reset the
forgotten security code.

If you forgot or do not know the reset code for your LG Vu here is the way to do it. Works, just did it to mine.
To do a factory reset with your LG Vu cell phone, you must enter the Test Menu, the instructions are below.LG Phone Problem and solution
1. Dial 277634#*# on the keypad to access the Test Menu
2. Select Factory Reset
3. Select Yes
4. After the factory reset is complete, you must restart your phone for it to take full effect.
