sc441 error means one or more of the developer unit(PCU) isnt rotating. you have to take the PCU out to see which color isnt rotating. there maybe one of the doctor blade is flipped, usually caused by lack of toner in the PCU.

To reset error, enter SP mode by pressing: Clear (yellow) button, 1 0 7, and press and hold the Stop (orange) button for 3 seconds then switch off and on the copier.
If the error is still there, please check the following in the fuser unit;

  • Check and clean or replace the possible defective thermistors or out of position.
  • Fusing heaters open circuit.
  • Thermostats for open circuit.
  • Power supply unit.
Good luck and please rate me, thanks.
