Machine error. no error code.

My printer keeps giving me a message that says Machine Error. Turn machine off and call Brother. There is no Machine Error code. Any way to fix this?

Go into maint. mode.
With-in 2 seconds hit Menu,*,2,8,6,4
Then hit 82 when in maint mode.
This will give you a machine error code.
Let me know what that number is and I will help you with a solution.
