Call your service provider. THey will have this information. That phone can also use a sim card. So if someone else put a sim card into the phone, they can use it with another service provider,

Well the problem is not serious, what has happened is that it has corrupted some data location whilst setting up the various SIM's and the phone has basically "Locked Up" as it will have some conflicting data locations. OK, So the best way to sort this out is to Factory Reset the phone, and then start all afresh, and load it with ONE SIM card first and get it all going, 100%. THEN, add your other SIM card and then set up that one. Now at this juncture, make sure all your SMS, MMS, etc. settings are all correct. Now you should be able to use the phone.
Sometimes we get a system error, when we swap SIM cards without doing a Factory reset, as this is what one should do BEFORE swapping SIM cards, it can be done, without doing this and often it will work, however also this type of thing may happen. it is always best to perform a factory restore, before changing any SIM cards, this may be somewhat of an inconvenience, when you reset and loose your settings for the "Other" SIM, however these phone were NOT made to have SIM's swapped out "Hot" as we say.
If you wish to then try again with that card that wouldn't work, then as I say, you need to reset the phone, then install that SIM into the No. 1 SIM slot, and try setting it up then.
Now if you find that after doing a factory reset, that you still have a problem you may find it best to do a full system software reinstall. And NOT just a factory reset, which, really only clears out all the user entered data and sets the phone back to the "From the Factory" state.

Search internet for mobile phone unlocking websites. You will come across a thousand websites who can do this. Choose which ever you like. Do look for price comparisons and the unlocking instructions.
Recheck the Model number- Network to which your phone is locked to and the IMEI number before placing an order. If you made any mistakes in these details these people will never give you a refund!! One more thing, before placing an order ask them about the conditions for getting a full refund in the case of a code failure! Think and make a wise decision. I have personally bought the code for my HTC Wildfire from unlockgenie.com. It is because they have good reviews on most of the mobile phone forums. I got my phone unlocked successfully from that website. I think their codes don't fail. The web link for the above mentioned web site is http://unlockgenie.com/
