I am trying to caption a set of tables that are in an Appendix. The format I need for the caption is: Table C5-1. Title of Table Here. I also need to sequentially number the tables after the first one as C5-2., C5-3., C5-4., etc. I can't figure out how to do this. Help!
Select the first table.
Right-click on it and choose: Insert Caption
In the Caption dialogue, Click on New Label...
Type in "CS - " (without the quotes)
Click OK
The caption should appear beneath the first table.
Select the second table.
Right-click on it and choose: Insert Caption
The dialog should contain the same caption as the first, except the number will be incremented by one.
Repeat to the end of your tables.
Format captions as desired.

Click on FORMAT, then STYLES AND FORMATTING. Select the TOC 4 style and un-select BOLD in the text option. This should solve this issue. :-)
