Have reset , has no batt .
Please replace the batteries, with the same type, and the same polarity
2) clean the contacts batteries very well
3) adjust the REED swtich, test it, clean it, and tight the connector
very well
4) tight the ribbon cables for keypads.

This model does not have batteries , sears is replacing console , they are not sure what the problem is .
