Go to service mode and click on counters, then select Service call counter, there you will find the complete error code list for bizhub c450.

c3852 means low fuser(hot section) temp setting. hold down utility or stop key, then you should be abel to do trouble reset. if problem persist it would most likely be a lamp or a sensor, which will require a technician to come out.

It's been a while since you posted that but you may just need to slide it back out and shake it back and forth (long ways) a few times. We had the same problem and the konica minolta tech told us to do that. It worked. DO NOT turn it upside down though.
