E002 error how do i reset a fuser error code

Hi,

First of all to troubleshoot this problem, please reseat the fixing assembly. To do this, please follow the steps below:

Reseating the Fixing Assembly

  1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

    The fuser unit and surrounding area can become extremely hot during operation. Perform the following procedure after the fuser unit has cooled down completely. Touching the fuser unit when it is still hot may result in burns.



  2. Turn the lock release levers located on the back of the machine in the direction of the arrow and release the lock.



  3. Hold the grip on the fuser unit and remove it.

    The fuser unit weighs approximately 3.3 lb (1.5 kg), and it is heavier on the back side. Be sure to hold the grip securely when carrying a fuser unit.   6. Connect the power cord and all interface cables.


  7. Plug the power cord in the wall outlet to turn on the machine.

    Resetting the machine


        Lift the scanning platform and open the cartridge cover.




        Close the cartridge cover and lower the scanning platform.
