E02 Code E02 message, replaced water lines, filter clear. Now has plenty of water and pressure however still getting E02 message. E02 Message contined after problem fixed. Called Bosch, advised to have a "factory trained tech" come out to reset. I'll be really upset if I have to pay $99 (for the 1st 18 min) to have a tech push the start & ?? buttons or unplug machine for a few minutes to reset. How can I reset these codes? Thanks DW

What is an eprom? and where can I locate it? By the same token, where is the heating element located, and how could I test it? Hope these questions aren't too onerous to answer, thank you in advance, any help is immensely appreciated.
