ERROR E061-0122

Question

When a job is sent, printer just shows  E061-0122 Turn OFF and ON printer... and it does deliver a blank paper... can anyone help me?

e061    is a code for a drum charge error    on the first drum in line    from right to left     i think yellow ?   any way its either a worn  drum    broken charge wire  if you have not changed drums in a while the other ones may be coding out next
