Step One: Prepare Phone- Turn on Bluetooth For most phones, go to Settings/ Tools menu and select Bluetooth or Connectivity and select "On." (Or see the user guide for your phone.) SETTINGS Time and Date Phone Settings Bluetooth Sound Settings Network Services Security Reset Settings BLUETOOTH Discover/ Search BLUETOOTH 220Plantronics Headset Passkey PASSKEY 0000 Step Two: Prepare Headset- Pairing Mode Begin with headset turned off. Turn headset on (hold call control button for 2 seconds until the light flashes blue) and it will automatically go into pairing mode, flashing red and blue. Step Three: Pairing- Add Headset to Phone For most phones, go to Settings/Tools > Bluetooth > Search or Add a Device, then Select "220Plantronics." For passkey enter 0000. Headset will flash blue when paired successfully. It is now powered on and ready to use. NOTE: Normally you only need to pair the headset and handset once. If headset has been previously paired with another device, follow pairing instructions on the next page.
Find the connect function on your razor under settings and go to the screen that says to add a device. Turn on the 220. Hold the button on the 220 until it is flashing blue and red. This is discoverable mode. When the phone sees the bluetooth it will ask for the passcode. It is 0000 for the default. Then it will connect automatically.
when it ask passcode, its an security protection, u'll just have to input any number, and same as to the other phone. like 1234 and you'll input the 1234 passcode on which phone you are pairing with, try changing you setting in your message setting cause, mostly when via blue tooth it stores on your inbox.
Hi! When it asks for a passcode enter 0000 as passcode, it will also ask a passcode from the phone from which you are recieving the files and on that phone enter 0000 as passcode and it will let you recieve the files.
The head set may not be compatible or you're device is not set correctly! When you first go to bluetooth you must let it recognize the head set, make sure the head set is turned on!
