Hello sdk_pari:
You need to contact those who are the makers of the laptop. There is a webpage for it.
If you go to this page you can find what you need:
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/homeLenovo.do
Pick your model, and what your operating system is. You may have to download all the drivers in a suite for this machine. Not sure if there will be separate drivers.
Take care, hope it works.

look for the Audio driver link in the fourms. This will solve your problems. Here are the steps:
VISTA: The file is ZIP. Extract it to: X:\program files (x86)
XP: The file is ZIP. Extract it to: X:\Program files
1. For xp, go to Start, Control panel, and go where the audio is installed.
2. For Vista, go to Start, Control panel, Hardware, devices
3. Open the audio under: Sound/Audio next to the + sign
4. double click the audio driver.
5. Reinstall driver, and go to program files or program files (x86) VISTA ONLY
6. It will ask you for the driver. It will give you 2 options:
1. Browse my computer for the driver
2. Look online
7. choose 1.
8. Go to the audio driver where its extracted.
9. When its done, the window will say: Can not get the device loaded
10. Restart the computer
