My neighbor lost his os.vista,reloaded the os and now want to extract the files he backed up on the simpletech and cant unzip them????
Either download a new copy of Winzip, or grab 7zip (which is freeware).
Google "7zip download" and grab the freeware compression/decompression utility from SourceForge.
It does everything Winzip/RAR etc do, but costs nothing.
It's a great little piece of software.
