Player Problem

When i turn on my Gogear Mp3!! immediately a caution symbol flashes and says Connect to PC , Player problem , Start Device Manager. When i connect the USB nothing happens. And my musics don't play..

There is a program that came with the installation CD called Philips Device Manager - you have to open it and click on the Repair tab. The program is available from Philips website if you have lost the CD.
